My worst exposure to mercury was by way of being a dental assistant. I wrung the mercury from the Amalgam mixture by squeezing it through cheese cloth with my bare fingers. There was A LOT of mercury in there...several droplets each.
I've read "Amalgam Illness" and I'm ready to to try chelation to regain my health. I am wondering if someone could help with a mercury and lead chelation protocol. (I contacted an ND who specializes in chelation but I am unable to afford him). I'm going to try doing it on my own by following someones steps who has done this.
I have been reading through the posts but I can't find recommended steps with DMSA amounts and schedule....I also want to work with a lab to have my urine checked to see what I'm releasing so I can monitor.
