 Does only rice bran has this health benefit or it does not matter if it´s wheat bran, oat bran, grains, soy or some other food with phytic acid ?

Other sources of phytic acid would still have the same benefits. Although rice bran is also a great source for the beneficial B vitamins, silica and gamma oryzanol. And it tastes great.
