Re: I'm at a loss..is this "normal?" (a bit long)

One of the big problems I always see is that people presume that they know which pathogen they have, sometimes they are right and sometimes wrong. Each pathogen requires differing approaches, for instance treating candida is much different than protozoa which is different than worms. One size fits all does not always apply. The only effective way to get well is to treat according and the only way to do this is thru proper testing. Metametrix offers the best testing you can do, any other lab is hit or miss.

When you travel to countries that do not offer the same water sanitation procedures you are prone to getting protozoa or bacterial infections. I would never eat any uncooked meat (sushi) never, it is Russian Roulette to me. I would also wash fresh fruits and vegetables carefully as they can carry pathogens, let alone all the shoppers possibly transmitting pathogens via their hands (handling). I would practice sound hygeine.

The magnesium deficiency is going to cause many problem particullarly the cardio issues, so that is good the dr addressed this.

Regarding the crud feelings this is a sign of toxicity. I would use copious amounts of antioxidants. Vitamin C as ascorbates are effective as are many other types of antioxidants. I would also drink plenty of good water and keep hydrated.
