Re: Flow
"Lack of nutrition is not the cause of all disease"
In the sense of physical reality only this appears to be true. If you look at nutrition beyond what our society sees it as and look at it as information that interfaces with other information then we get a much broader and holistic interpretation of the term. In this sense we can also see that it comes down to balance. What can be beneficial, can also be toxic depending on the balance point of a given "informational" nutrition. Even the amount of a "substance" is information.
I look at nutrition from a much different paradigm. It extends into mental, emotional and spiritual domains as well as the physical one.
Before anyone balks at an informational reality model consider this....
There was a very eye opening experiment done with a primate. Instead of meds being used to keep its heart beating upon the separation of it from its body, the same vibrational imprint was broadcast into the heart simulating what the meds would have done. The heart kept beating even though "real" chemicals were substituted with their informational counterpart. The heart responded the same.
I believe ozone is a helper like you say and personally promote optimal wellness through diet and mindful practices. Herbs are also helpers and must be used in accordance with this "informational" understanding. There may be a time to use oxygen therapies depending on the circumstances. We are not so universal that one size fits all and there are many situations where one thing may be more appropriate than another in different cases.
This reminds me of a story whereby a shaman was walking with a couple in an Amazon forest. The couple, a man and his wife, were walking ahead of the shaman who noticed that the man was coughing. The shaman walked off the path and went to a particular plant, grabbed a leaf from it and returned to the man. The shaman told the man to hold it under his tongue for 5 minutes. The man did so and soon after his cough was going away.
The woman was intrigued by the quick recovery and asked the sahamn the name of the plant and if it was a cure for coughing. The shaman replied it was this man's cure for this particular cough on this particular day.
This needs pondering beyond sternly held paradigms to understand the implications.
