Hi Chris,

Thank you so much once again. I'll probably go for 5 minutes 2x per day if my fasting body can handle the low intensity bouncing. I 've been doing a lot of higher intensity non-fasting rebounding in the past month or so and this should help prepare me for it.

Re: the return to genuine hunger, hopefully i will be able to hit it again and preferably this time around through the elimination of all toxemia :).
