its all about balance. most people get enough calcium. then there is absorption. that can be a problem.
if one thinks they need calcium, do what the cows do for all that bone and milk - juice wheat grass. although, in the winter especially, a warm soup is really good on the palate. i got scolded once for bringing up adelle davis on these forums. i think she was a saint. a good bone broth is good, i dont care what you think. its not just calcium in those bones.
