magnesium is very important and most people are deficient.

these were the group of micro-nutrients NOT on olrees standard chart. cobalt is on it, but all the rest of those trace minerals in this list are not ont he list but all under the supervision of this one element and the B-12 configuration.

i suggest to get a shot. if you needed it you will be able to tell. if youre fine with it, it wont hurt you.

i took 1mg injections for about 2 weeks until i could feel no difference after taking the shot. it has been weeks since then and i can still tell a fundamental difference in how my body is functioning.
