I have only paid attention to my health for about the last year or so, and only the last few months of that was from alternative sources, so for the first 22 years of my life my diet was rather terrible.
Now, though (for the past few months) I drink only reverse-osmosis filtered bottled water which (as far as I can tell!) has no fluoride. My diet is rather simple: mostly whole grains, oatmeal, flax, salmon, milk & cheese. Mostly organic. I take supplements in place of fruits & vegetables because I haven't the slightest idea how to be sure of the quality of produce and I dread having to learn that. Also produce is expensive compared to supplements! I have replaced coffee with raw organic cacao.
