To make a very bio available form of iron take a cast iron pot and fill it with water, boil it to half it's volume. Drink several cups daily and be sure to take a sub lingual B complex. I'd recommend 4 times the suggested dose of b complex (sub lingual) taken divided in 2-3 doses a day
for vegitarians a chelated form of zinc w meals is helpful. 15 mg a day
research making your own Lugols it's much cheeper than iodoral and more bio available.
