Hello may234,
there is no doubt that fasting after surgery will greatly accelerate the healing process, and especially to the wound where the incision has taken place; but I would also say that fasting is considered to be "internal-surgery" without any need for the surgeons knife

I would ask if the operation is at all necessary and whether fasting could not replace the surgeons knife. Conventional surgery has its risks, whereas fasting is Natures own method of health-recovery, and is extremely safe.
