Re: Help!

If you had been fasting, then it is very likely the vomiting was caused by a sudden surge of toxins being released into the stomach. For some people fasting seems to make existing liver and gallbladder problems worsen temporarily. I guess it must have something to do with the bile not being as steadily released during a fast. I did not have this problem when I combined Master Cleansing fasts followed by flushes. Still, everybody is different. I am sure that if you did have a serious infection that you would be so ill you would know something was very wrong. Vomiting is not that unusual while doing Liver Flushes because of the toxins released into the system, at least this is what my Naturopath told me when I became very ill during my first flush. I can remember that before I started doing flushes I would get gallbladder attacks everytime I ate pizza or ice cream and always suffered pain and nausea. Funny that fried foods rarely caused any problems, my nemesis was high fat dairy products. Try to learn what your trigger foods are for bringing on attacks and avoid them until you have done a number of flushes. Then gradually introduce them back into your diet and see if you can handle them better.
