For quick relief of pain you can take one or two teaspoons of
Epsom Salts in water with a little fresh lemon juice added. The
Epsom Salt relaxes the biliary ducts and will usually ease the pain. I was skeptical about this, but I tried it and found I got relief in less than an hour from the nagging dull pain. Many others on this forum have reported similar results. One flush will not be enough,
Gallstones indicate liver congestion. You should continue to flush every two weeks and you may find yourself amazed at what comes out each time you flush. I would not even consider surgery unless you develop severe pain accompanied by fever, vomiting, excess perspiration. or other indications of an infected gallbladder.
You will find many posts on this forum that will tell how
Liver Flushing has changed peoples lives and turned their health around. However, these profound changes take time and patience, and usually months of regular flushing. As long as you feel like you are not in any acute danger, I strongly advise you to keep flushing and do all you can to avoid what will probably prove to be unnecessary surgery.
