New to oil pulling

I just read about oil pulling for the first this morning while looking up information about toothaches. I got my wisdom teeth and one other tooth extracted earlier this year. I have some sensitivity in my teeth and often have a general achiness. It's not in just one tooth but seems to eminate from the entire right side if my mouth and can get pretty annoying. After reading a few posts about the oil pulling I decided to grab some sesame oil from my kitchen cabinet and start swishing. I've only done the oil pulling once but already I could feel a difference in my mouth. The achiness subsided and my teeth felt better. I am definitely looking forward to continuing the process and seeing what happens. My only problem is I may have to break it up into two 10 minute sessions. I tried to swish for the full 15 to 20 minutes but after about 10 minutes I feel like I am going to gag if I don't spit it out. I'm going to try light sunflower oil as well and see what kind of a result I get from that.
