Funny, I went through the same thing with raisins a couple of weeks ago. I couldn't eat enough of a food that I'm generally indifferent to-don't love 'em or hate 'em. When you do the flush it is very important to get your electrolyte levels up as quickly as possible and potassium is an electrolyte. Fresh lemonade, apple juice and fresh apples and other fruits and veggies are excellent sources of potassium. You may also need a little extra salt in your diet for the sodium, and of course lots of water. Still, I never connected my raisin hunger with my last flush, thanks for adding another food to the list.

BTW-There is a commercial product called Emergen-C that is excellent for replacing electrolytes. Its a good idea to keep some on hand if flushing leaves you feeling weak, tired and nauseous.
