Thank you so much for posting this. I just started yesterday on a raw diet. So this gives me lots of encouragement. I am going to try some raw meat, when I get courage, might start with some raw fish first.
I made some raw lara bars today with ground dates, walnuts, almonds, coconut, sesame seeds, flax, cinnamon, salt, cocoa and some water to soften the mix. It is one hundred percent raw and gives the person a taste of sweet.
