Re: Adressing one's physical state is fine, but
Hi
I can only help with the little I think I know. I know nothing of possession so I cannot offer advice on that matter. Although, before accepting the possession diagnostic, I would try to find a more conventional (or materialistic) explanation.
I don't know enough about religion and the occult to advice differently.
Should my supposedly ignorance prevent me from trying to provide some advices that I think, given my very limited knowledge, may have a chance to help?
It is also a fact that last week was full moon and that HelpMe0 post just happens to be a few days after full moon. And very coincidentally I talked with someone who knew people working in mental institutions that on full moon days, many mental patients reacts extraordinary to full moons. See also this post

Maybe I am a student of Moreless. But if you read my posts here you will find that I rarely posted on religious or moralist threads.
I am of the belief that we have a part of us that is spiritual in essence and requires the kind of bodily manifestation to experiment a certain reality. The encoding/decoding is done with the brain. The reality we perceive is determined by the encoding/decoding process of the brain. And the various disciplines of Yogas, Meditations and concentration have for aim to "deprogram us", to make us realize that the reality we observe is not necessarily the only reality.
But I don't know enough about these disciplines to offer HelpMe0 any other advices than those I provided.
