I know nothing about exorcism.

But a remedy should be applied to the proper sickness, and hence it is only as good as the sickness is properly diagnosed.

I see that you posted in this forum before. May I suggest to consider that your problem maybe of a mental nature. And the mental depends a lot on the physical brain.

So I would suggest you maybe get an appointment with a psychologist or psychiatrist. Maybe you suffer from manic depression or from some form of schizophrenia.

Finally, you may do the following: help the homeless, go visit elderly people in nursing homes, many of them do not get any visit. Visit people in hospitals. Bring some flowers or some fruit baskets. You get the idea. Its holiday season. Bring some joy to others. I am sure that god would approve it as an act of repentance for your past sins. Who knows, maybe you will see that the world is not exactly as you imagined it to be.
