Previously, I thought zinc was making me spastic after I took it. I always tried to take it with the 2 mg copper in it as well. Now I am thinking it may have been the copper that my body did not like. I have been taking 50 - 100 mg of just zinc max per day divided up with meals for several days for nasal stuffiness/upper respiratory symptoms. Soon after I take it my sinuses open up. It is making me so relaxed. I am sleeping so deeply and dreaming even more. Never thought of zinc as a dream aid. Am able to sleep most of the night with my mouth closed. May be too soon to tell and I know there is always the possibility of overdoing it. It does seem to be helping my neurologic functioning quite a bit. Thanks Hv for your recommendations on zinc.
