I think everyone is different on that. I tend to be more on the constipated side in general, and I don't usually start running to the bathroom until after the last dose of Epsoms the next day, and often not till after I've finally eaten something and started moving around. Usually, though, when it comes, it comes every ten minutes for a couple hours! Tweet
