An error in the calculations?

15% Iodine solution 100ml
15g iodine
30g of potassium iodide
55 ml of distilled water / deionised

To throw water potassium Iodide dissolve it, then add Iodine and pouring water to obtain 100ml of solution. We are thus 15% Lugol's. Now, to get 4000ml = 4L 15% roztowru need
Iodine 15g x 40 = 600g
Potassium Iodide 30g x 40 = 1200g
Cp = ms * 100% / mr

Cp - the percentage concentration
ms - mass of solute (g)
mr - mass of solution (g)
What are you so
