Bioidentical HRT

I would greatly appreciate any thoughts about the risks of Bioidenticals and breast cancer. I realize that the studies that were so alarming were done on synthetic hormones, but is anybody even doing any long term studies on bioidenticals? Do we really have any data saying they are safe in the long term? Even synthetics might not look too bad in the short term?

I don't know too much about it, but I want to start taking them and am scared of getting cancer. I would appreciate your thoughts. Thank you. Tweet
