Those little fine mist sprayers are nice to have around. I keep one in my kitchen but I also use a regular sprayer in my shower and I use it as I'm taking a bath. Even though it is suppose to be a fine spray it can have a tendency to spit and spew droplets that are not as fine as I like and have found that spraying under my tongue and inhaling keeps me from having any problems with it.
I also agree with your idea on using food grade for inhaling. I would think our lungs would be much more sensitive to additives that may be in the H202 than our skin would be.
Have you ever gotten too much spray in your lungs before? Kinda scary, especially for a newbie. I almost decided to never try it again after the coughing fit it gave me.
It's a full moon this week. Good time for everyone to give it a try.
