Re: Identifying herbs

THERE ARE MANY HERB WALK VIDEOS, I USE TO HAVE THE MASTER HERBALIST WALK ON THE OLD WEBSITE AND HAVE YET DISCOVERED HOW TO CONVERT OLD VIDEOS AND BE ABLE TO LOAD THEM ONTO THE CURRENT WEBSITE....

THE BIG PROBLEM::::::::::::::::
THERE IS ALLOT OF MIS-INFORMATION ABOUT HERB USE AND MOST AUTHORS JUST KEEP ON PASSING LIES, NEVER KNOWING A SINGLE THING THEY ARE WRITING ABOUT.

Because of this, I get fearful when I use herbs not listed in the Dr. Christopher Books... I then use a German Medical/herb book, but this book in ENGLISH is said to be heavily modified by the American AMA, so I read the same old crap about most every herb that "this herb is no longer used, bla, bla, bla.....

I then have many old herb books and old formula books written more based on Indian Traditions. I find the current authors mostly jsut pass on crap and because of this, from one book to another all you read is conflicting veiws...

So I read these newer books and it helps if I can make contact via e-mails, etc...and I take all they have to say ith a grain of salt and if I decide to try an herb, the only TRUE EXPERIMENT is if your own tongue, your own body and allow your body to be the judge...

IF an herb swells your throat shut, YEP, it is a bad one or it could simply be made bad....So far, the ONLY herb to swell my throat has been 2 purchased formulas:

1. a ocean green crap liquid sold for big $$$$ in an 1 ounce bottle.....just a few doses mde my throat swell

2. a desert parsley liquid. I asked the website owner how she made it, then experimented my self and discovered her method was very wrong. Her method was a scientific machine that made the extract rapidly and separated the water soluable properties from her final solution, leaving a very toxic substance.

IN BOTH OF THE CASES ABOVE, THE USE OF AIR RESTORE SAVED THE DAY...I will have to say, all humans on planet earth should have a 2 ounce of air restore to keep on hand for accidentaly poisoning that effects the air ways or causes the body tissues to swell.

A FACT
Science doesn't know crap about herbs....scientist are mostly a college joke....they only do the work they are paid to do, whcih means to prove or disprove what ever the boss tells them to do and fake the results if need be.

The longer I live, the more I believe authors seldom know about the herbs they have written about and you must seek those that actually make an use their own herbs to get clues and since all humans are in a differant state of health, their results will varie.

I believe most all adults world wide have syphilis / lymes and if the authors does not say this right off in their books and start suggesting what can be done, then odds are their health book is just another worthless book to collect dust on the self.

HERB IDENTIFICATION?
Yes, a pictorial book showing all stages of the herb in question...best time to harvest, what parts used, how to make the extract, etc....what to expect, etc............I have books by Christopher Hobbs like this....each book covers 1 herb.

He was suppose to be one of my teachers at the school of natural healing, but seems he wised up like Shulse did and separated himself from the christopher bunch; so I never got to meet him. I did make e-mail contact with him once and he helped me out allot; maybe more than any single source since then....

Actually I would need to do video...show the plant growing in rapid speed, show the differant parts that an be used and then all the traditional ways and experimental ways the plant could be used and have actually people do it and have their comments.... That wouldn't be that huge of a production, but I am not into disclosing my methods; I did learn that from Dr. Christopher's education, once you give out what you learned, then all the copy cats jump on and take what business you had, etc....otherwise the standard methods already explained by shulse and christopher videos already cover that and would work for all herbs.

But as history shows, maybe a handfull of people, maybe 30 per year would have interest in such education and because of this, few to none do it anymore and no one does a good job of it..

If there was real interest, we simple would have a 1 day class every 2 weeks here, harvesting each herb in its season and have the student make their solution with their own hands after they picked the herb....but, no local would do this and anyone having to travel would like to, but cost wise it is never practical for such a small operation as this.

Most people just buy a few books, look on the internet and grow a few herbs or learn how to identify a few in the woods....those looking to make a living from herbs often take some class such as a master herbalist class, just to find out it was really a joke...as most all degrees in America are really just a joke....NOTHING compares to hands on experience, all the degrees mean nothing other than you had the time and $$$ to acquire them.

This is why I have never heard of a naturopathic doctor that knew squat about health, seems the more medical education a person takes, the less they know about human health...all they need is BOOK I.

MASTER BOOK I and you will discover you need far less herbs.
