Iíve seen great benefits in my health from just taking herbs (many you also recommend). But I also seen many great reviews on other products, especially Coq10. What are your thoughts on it? If youíre over 20 and/or very active do you need to be supplementing with it?
Or would a healthy liver produce enough on its own? In which case would taking some healthy liver herbs like Milk Thistle and Dandelion be better?
Iím debating whether to take it as Iím active and heard a lot of good benefits.
What are your thoughts on whole food Vitamin and mineral supplements? If I eat healthy and take whole food powders with Green grasses (wheat, kamut, etc), bee pollen, Spirulina, msm, etc. (at least 20 grams a day) do you think it would be a waste of my money to also buy whole food vitamins capsules to take? What about whole food mineral capsules? Are there any specific whole food vitamins or minerals you would recommend extra of (C, Mag, B6, etc)?
Any advice you can offer is greatly appreciated.
