Re: persistent pinworm infection - please help

To answer your questions I first notice the anal itching and the feeling like something is moving out and around that area in August. In Sept-Nov I tried over the counter Pinworm med 2 times, oil of oregeno, woodworm, Black-Walnut , cloves, garlic extract, ate pumpkin seeds, ate pineapple, grapefruit seed extract and got a vermox prescription from Doctor. I also went 3-4 weeks no Sugar in diet.

I have neve actually observed a worm. I have been to 4 different doctors and I have never gotten a "tape test". Most doctors only believe kids get them. I even had one nurse ask me if I had been eating dirt? I said no. She stated to me "well you don't have pinworms." I think I have them because I feel tingly back there and like something is moving, also still have the itchy feeling. Someone suggested a pinch nerve, but that doesnt explain the itching. I am at my wits end. I thought I would feel better after getting the colonoscopy but I don't. Good luck to you!
