Re: magnesium citrate dosage for liver flush?

According to a couple of websites there are 35 grams of magnesium in 1 tablespoon of Epsom Salts .

According to that one would need 175 tablets for 1 tablespoon of Epsom Salts , but that is unthinkable.

I use magnesium citrate powder: 1 teaspoon = 630 mg.

Mine is a hybryd Liver Flush but it works for me.

Here goes:

3.00pm 4tspn mag citrate (MC)
5.00pm 1 pint STRONG coffee & ¼ cup Eps salt (MS)
5.45pm 1 tablespoon MS
7.00 pm Yoghurt/cream berries
9.30 pm ¼ cup oil and juice & peppermint oil
10.00 pm ½ cup oil and juice “

Take hydrochloric acid after last oil and juice

Upon rising 4 tspn MC. coffee enema and ¼ cup MS
Breakfast and
9.00am 4 tspn MC
1.00 pm 4 tspn MC
4.00 pm coffee enema or colema

Please keep in mind I have severe constipation. A normal person would need less magnesium.

Hope that helps.
