safe to up Iodoral dose?

Just got a low Iodine loading test. Spot test was okay....
Have increased Iodoral to 5 per day from 4 per day starting yesterday. Am thinking I should actually to up too 6 per day. Is that a safe amount to take, does anyone know? Does anyone here have experience taking that much? I have been a total couch potato for weeks on the verge of disfunctionally so also with NO sex drive. All of a sudden this morning after taking that 5th pill last night I have gotten two or three things done that needed to be done and actually have a little libido, though fleeting. What does that mean? that my body is not able to use the Iodine unless there is more of it available than would normally be necessary or the average person. Also, should I refrain from eating any cabbage or other goitrogenic vegetables? Seems like some amount of that should be in the diet. Any ideas?
