Yes if there was one test to do it would be the MM test. They only provide the results (no treating) but you could use the test results to have some leverage.

I am wondering about the worm theory, as the Albendazole is the treatement of choice particularly with dissemination. How long did you take it? It is quite possible that you did not take it long enough, you can check or possibly contact dariushsweden's posts as he had worms bad and really bombed them.
