Re: Passed my BIGGEST one!!/Understanding the cleaning out process
HI, again,
I've just read some of your back posts and think you're where a lot of us were when we started the cleaning out processes. Things aren't really clear to you yet how it all works.
If you're not too bad off, do a colon cleanse first. If you've been infested with parasites for quite a while, then start killing them off, get to liver flushing 2 weeks into killing the parasites off, and get them cleaned out of there, and do the flushes as often as you have to. The indicator for needing another flush is that sore bunch at the end of your right ribcage. There are eggs behind the stones. The junk is packed in there in layers. It may take a while to get your liver cleared out of stones and parasites and debris.
I started this program over 2 years ago, and started killing off the parasites and flushing the liver because the liver was in bad shape. I had to do that first. A year later, I started doing a colon cleanse, and did that for a while, but I still had junk in the liver that had to be flushed out, so I kept up with the liver flushes. Sometimes it takes quite a while to get the liver cleaned out. I'm still flushing some old stones out of my liver after I've done a colon clease. Stones come out when they get ready to. YOu won't entirely get rid of parasites until you've done a colon cleanse because the adult bugs hide their eggs in the colon wall junk, then the bugs hatch and you've got them all over again. That's why we keep killing them off all the time till we don't see any more. Then, if we don't want to get re-infested, we stay on a maintenance dewormer. We also do maintenance liver flushes.
Try not to be upset because all this doesn't seem so clear to you in the beginning, just do it and watch your progress.
DON'T go off the dewormer(s). Humaworm is good to get bugs in the tissues, so do some adding to the dewormers you already have, but back off some on them if you get too much of a detox or Herx reaction. Humaworm is a systemic dewormer and will kill parasites all over the body. Barefoot's dewormer is, too.
