Well, all I can say is I did not do any of that and I had successful flushes. I flushed 2-3 weeks apart until I saw no more stones.

But, Andreas is a great and a smart guy, so I know he has a reason for what he says and I am sure it's wise.

I have completed several colon cleanses, too.

So, read all you can and then decide what is best for you.
