I was reading Ask Andreas Forum and he mentioned that if one does not do a colonic or colema, at the least, after a flush then one risks seriously irritating the colon.

What is your policy regarding these colon flushes?

I am just getting into this, and I don't want to mess things up. Do you always do colema? I don't have a colema board, and I get colonics every 3 or 4 months, would this be enough to suffice? (even though I am planning on doing gb flushes every 2 weeks) Tweet
