You mention stronyloides, but what about the other species. I have read that some worms will use the lung/colon route to hatch or in some life-cycle. That info was on the CDC site for parasites. Why do you think it is strongyloides? Any pcr (dna) testing of the stool?

There are some things that could help the lung issue.
