Re: Fasting and... Optimal Exercise

"The 5-step elimination process as detailed on fastingconnection.com is maybe 3-5 minutes of exercise 1-3 times a day. I don't think that is in any way excessive."

Intuitively i believe what you are saying is true.  I actually believe chris might agree with this amount of exercise as being optimal on a fast too if i dare to speculate.  Still looking forward to his opinion on this.   Since my goal in a fast is to cleanse as much as i can as fast as i can, I'm wanting to get to the bottom of what the optimal balance between rest and exercise (lymph movement) is.  We 3 will agree that 2 hours of exercise is probably too much ;).  Since reading your post about the 5 steps 2 days ago, i have been doing it each day... as i have been on a new rebounder the past 2 days :).

"I wish I would have known this process while on both of my 21-day fasts as I think I would have felt better throughout it."

I believe all chris is saying is that we should not believe that feeling better in a fast when we are exercising more means we are cleansing more.  It probably means we are cleansing less.  I am genuinely sorry if u feel this is totalitarian.

Mamaducky, if you were to stop posting in here, i for one would miss you and your thoughtful insights.
