And I respect yours and everyone elses.

I think you will find though that the only reason you will "feel better" during and after some exercise while fasting, is that toxins are being inhibited from entering the bloodstream.

It is the process of toxins entering the bloodstream during a fast, under ideal conditions of complete rest, that makes the faster feel worse, sometimes nauseous, weak and sick.

In my own experience my first extended fast was hellish in terms of elimination, and for most of its length, but my second extended fast a short while thereafter was pleasant and enjoyable with little to no detox symptoms.

Subsequent fasts I have undergone with no exercise produce a feeling of euphoria and strength with no discomfort whatsoever.
It all hinges on the levels of toxemia, and if a lifestyle is chosen which will not produce it.
