Re: Fasting and... Optimal Exercise (Chrisb1)

Hi Chris,

Thanks again.

As another question off this topic, i was wondering how much exercise and of what intensity is optimal in a fast. In my next fast i want it to be as restful as possible (in stark contrast to the previous fast of 30 days about 5 months ago) and with as little exercise as needed to optimize the cleansing and healing.

My understanding is that we want to get the lymphs moving a couple times a day to optimize the cleanse. Assuming this is true, that getting the lymphs to move is more valuable in a fast than a complete absense of any exercise, how much intensity is required to achieve this?

So to sum up the specific questions, how many times per day should we move the lymphs, how long of a duration is optimal for each session and how much intensity is required (does a slow slow walk get it done, or does it need to be fairly brisk)?

I plan to fast again within a few weeks weeks and my hope is to fast to the elimination of all toxemia this time around.
