I'm not sure that I can convince you that what you are doing will save you from surgery, as I have just started flushing myself and haven't yet felt the benefits. I'm sure there are others on the board that can tell you it will work if you are just patient. But, I wonder if there is something else in your life that may be contributing to the development of your stones. It sounds like you are doing a lot of things to get rid of them, but are you also keeping away from things that cause them. Here is a list of things that can contribute to
Gallstones (thanks to Andreas' book):
dehydration, overeating, eating between meals, eating heavy meals in the evening, excessive protein intake, eating a lot of
Sugar or refined carbs or caffeine, low fat diet, hrt or birth control pills.
