Thanks for posting this, I'm going to add some zinc. I'm concerned about the aspartate part though because I've read that's not a good form to take minerals in because - and here's where my memory gets fuzzy - I believe it is an excitotoxin? The source said that citrate or another form was a better choice.
Fiddlesticks, I can't remember what the other forms were! I'll look it up tonight and post it. Maybe I'm wrong. :)
