Interesting! I quit drinking coffee a few weeks ago; in my coffee I used to have blackstrap molasses. After quitting I promptly developed a craving for chocolate. Our bodies knows what it needs. I solved it by eating a little raw cacao nibs.
Red wine is also a good source of copper.
In moderation hrm.. of course.
