Re: Candida and Sleep Apnea

I came on here to see all that was written.
My wife asked for help, and there has been some good responses.
She wrote, but I guess wasn't clear on where we are at as far as foods/diet, per say. I say "diet" in the sense of a life style, not fad.
We eat "If God grew it, eat it". Have for a very long time now. We eat as raw and organic as possible. Gave up all forms of synthetic vitamins long ago. We do not eat anything with any types of additives. No one should ever do this! Our bodies we not meant to process those! The vitamins we take now are whole food vitamins, I am talking about "whole foods" brand. Vitamins that ARE whole food, not synthetic. I began taking this because several people has written over the years that the foods we eat do not contain everything we need anymore because our soil lacks. I wont go one about that, I would write a book. As my wife said, no one on here has to agree, that is okay, but I personally know I have felt better since I began these, and will continue to take them.
We keep our PH balanced, fast, organ cleanse, eat living foods for our living bodies, sprout many grains, juice wheat grass, eat seeds and nuts (raw).
We do not ever eat dead food, refined anything, we don't buy boxed, frozen or canned prepared foods. We do not ever eat out. We drink water only, sometimes herbal teas. I make Kombucha, and we grow our own herbs, dry them for the years cooking/eating. Make our own salad dressings.
Again, this is a normal way of living for our family. I added the things my wife mentioned because I wasn't being cured with only eating real, and detoxing. I continued to research, and found that maybe those who say we needed added supplements might be right, so I am trying that. I will however only put living foods in my body, that includes supplements.
I believe my problem is candida, and what I am doing will rid my body of the over growth, in time.
We have looked over MH's book. It is pretty much what we have already read from various writers over the years. Although I personally do not believe in that type balance of fruits, I agree with the whole philosophy of eating whole foods, living foods. My wife says, "I will eat living foods for my living body!"
When I eat too many fruits, my candida gets worse. So I do agree with those who say limit those sweeter fruits while trying to bring down the candida. Again, if you have a different opinion, you are intitled to it, but be kind in the debate.
There is a real concern in this country with candida OVER GROWTH. Yes, everyone has it. But it must stay in check or it will plague your body!
I am very surprised at the response my wife received on here. It would be a great idea to give advice with kindness and gentleness. She has been very concerned for me, and has had a burden of worrying about me. She was really frustrated and hurt by the initial response.
Everything all of you are saying is very true. We have been doing all of this and more. There is a piece missing, I am sure of that. God will reveal it. And maybe he already has with the adding the supplements, and avoiding the sweet fruit for a season. He has blessed us so far with a wealth of knowledge. For that I am grateful.

Just remember. Everyone has opinions. If I respond harshly to a person, I will get no where. There may be wonderful advice on curezone. That is the reason why my wife came on here. So far, we have been we have been given some good advice, thank you to all of you that offered that. I do need to say, that since I have stayed away from the sweet fruits, my itching is down, and some other things have improved. I will add them again later, but I wont risk feeding the candida. I think more people need to research candida and what it feeds on! There is real concern with all types of illness. I personally believe that years ago they found candida over growth was a major player in most illnesses.
We will never blindly follow anyone, no matter how convincing they are. They MUST meet the requirement of 1st believing we need living foods. We have to find a common pattern with a belief. We have to see some sort of "proof", testimonies, etc. For example, many people have claimed that black walnut tincture will kill parasites. Okay. So we researched it. We read many, many stories of people claiming they were rid of parasites with black walnut tincture. So we used it as part of the parasite cleanse, and actually make it ourselves now and take it for maintenance.
It is funny. We feel so odd compared to most around us. People tell us all the time things like, "green smoothies, yuck! I wouldn't like that." We hate the lies this country has fallen to believe when it comes to what is really "healthy!". It isn't Dannon yogurt, I can tell you that! But I can't make anyone change. I can just be salt and light to all people in all things.
Then my wife came on here, and I had to laugh. I thought. "Well, when my Vit. C and sodium bicarbonate is being slammed, I guess I'm doing something right if that is all that can be pick on".
Which, BTW, sodium Bicarbonate is extremely alkaline. Aides wonderfully in the whole detox in general. It is great for soaking in a bath with. Add baking soda and a couple drops of lavender (essential oil only, not fragrance) for a soothing, relaxing bath. Our skin is the largest organ! Watch what you put on it.
If anyone made it though my long post, be blessed. Love God. Live right. Eat right. Be Blessed.
