Make sure it is Blackstrap Molasses....it's makes alot of difference.

The body must have Natural sugars with enough complexed Carbon based Alkaline Minerals to function properly and stay Healthy!
The sugars in blackstrap molasses are such as the body needs, because there are more Alkaline Minerals in ratio to the sugars which are present in the blackstrap molasses!
