sprouted grains are better than the grain waiting to be planted...but, once you make a flour, then bread by heat, i see little to no differance in grains. only if you chew them raw, uncooked to a liquid in your mouth, will your body have a small chance of digesting such foods.
naturally all of us raised by parents coming from world war ii and later were raised on breads, milks, meats, etc...and learned to "love" the taste of such childhood foods. it also explains why our parents are either dead or look much older than they are.
