Hey I'm 18 and I've had Seb Derm for a few years now but I just figured out what it was. There's ONE thing I just can't find sufficient information about: SHOULD I BE USING A MOISURIZER? Half the stuff I read says NO because the fungus feeds on moisturizers... and half says YES you still need to keep your face moisturized on the outside!

Someone help me out here... and if I should use a moisturizer which do you recommend?
