Coconut doesn't count!!! Coconut oil isn't digested the same way other oils are - it goes straight to the liver, so it doesn't cause a release of bile.
So take away any coconut oil you ate and work out the total for the rest.
Also I would stay away from canola - not a healthy oil. And the fake butter too. Butter is great, but make sure it is from grass fed cows (e.g. anchor butter from new zealand). See the work of Weston Price for more details on grass-fed vs grain fed.
