Re: Amount Of Fat In Diet Pre-Flush
I would suggest that you drastically reduce the amount of fat in your diet three days before flushing to allow the bile pressure to build up and produce a more forceful flush. When I was doing frequent flushes last Fall, I would eat a high fat diet for several days, then quit the fat until after the flush. It really helped get a lot of stones out. There is some evidence that people that eat a balanced diet with plenty of healthy fats have less incidence of stones than those who eat a low fat or non-fat diet. However, those who seem to already have weakened gallbladders or very congested livers cannot tolerate fats at all. Before I started regular flushing I could handle all fats but dairy, ice cream and cheese would cause severe pain every time. In fact it was a serving of premium ice cream that caused such a terribly painful gallblader attack that I found Curezone and began regular flushing.
I tried the two cups of oil flush and I promise you that I will never again in this lifetime or any other ever do that again. It was horrible! My ideal amount of oil is in the 1/2-3/4 cup range. Any more oil than that causes severe nausea and simply comes out and floats on top of the toilet water. I firmly believe that the classic
Hulda Clark flush is best for first time flushers,
Epsom Salts and all. Although I think the
Andreas Moritz protocol of drinking apple juice for a week prior the flushing produces a much better and easier flush.
