after my first cleanse last year i got sick too,
felt very disoriented and tired...and i also
realized that i hadn't gone to the bathroom
to take a proper #2 in the first 3 days after
the flush...i spoke with a pharmacist briefly
and she told me that all the toxins that were
not being excreted where making me sick because
they were being re-absorbed back into the body
via the vein that passes along the colon, and since
blood circulates fully every 3 min. in your body,
all these toxins keep getting re-absorbed
thus making you sick

so what she suggested, and this worked very quickly
and well was to take a natural mild laxative

perhaps even if you have gone to the bathroom
after your flush, it's simply good to clean
your colon fully....a natural laxative and make
sure you do your enemas so as to get rid
of all those lingering toxins
