how do you feel the next day?

I haven't done a flush yet. I was putting it off because I'm searching for a job right now and I can't be more lethargic and whatever else than I already am (I have candidiasis). I've read in flush directions that it should be done on a day where you can rest the next day. Unfortunately, I have none of those days. Why do you need to rest? What happens the day after? Tweet
