If I were you, I'd get some Activated Charcoal capsules from your local Health food store and take it 2 hours away from any supplement, possibly switch from peppermint tea to Yarrow tea (1 or2 cups per day max) to support and tonify your reproductive system specifically, then pick up the general detox functions after any hot flashing or other obvious repro-focussed responses calm down.
No point in knocking yourself flat with it.
And keep your water intake up- Especially while losing blood. Tea is not a substitute for water to your body. If you have Celtic Sea Salt (best) or Himalayan Salt, add a pinch of it to every quart of water you drink, will help alot too.
