anyone who knows what i can do to get rid of my hiv condition, if i cant help myself i am better off dead

i am worried and wish to find if anyone can tell me what to do so that i get rid of my hiv condition. i am still well at the moment am not on any medication but i wonder how far i am going to remain like this. what can i do because i also have a wish to have babies and at the end of the day i dont want to infect anyone and this is killing me . why did the lord let me down and to let you it only happened after just one affair life is unfair.
