I have never tried yoga; but did meditate for many years; still do occasionally, it calms me down. Problem when one are hypo T is the lack of energy; and this T-tapp is instant energy if I only push the dvd button. The one I do is only 15 minutes (basic workout plus). Her website is so full of success stories that I was really suspicious when a friend recommended it first time; I thought it was the usual hype for weight loss etc.
Really surprised when I tried it; but it took a few days to learn to do the exercises right, this is the whole clue.
Funny you had that thought about looking in to T tapp a year ago; I actually have had a thought that I should tell you about her for as long as a couple of months ago.
