Same here; I had a long detox phase at 60 mg; after 100 mg less problem.
Anja; I have an exercise thing called t-tapp that I have done myself last 1 1/2 year; very effective and need not much of your time; she even have some desktop exercise you can do while sitting. There are some try before you buy at her web site; Keeps my old sport-operated knee pain in check as it opens all circulation especially the lymph flow. Most effective training I ever have done, gives you energy too. Have a look into it.
